Refund policy

Because our products are small jewellery items worn on the body, StudScoop does not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

  1. Random colours & styles

    • Lucky Stud Scoop is a random surprise product.

    • Colours and sizes are mainly random and cannot be fully customised.

    • If you have a strong preference (for example “less yellow” or “more soft colours”), you may leave a short note at checkout. I will do my best to consider it without affecting the randomness, but it cannot be guaranteed.

  2. Stud post size

    • The material and size of the stud posts are clearly stated on the product page.

    • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these specifications.

  3. Hygiene & non-returnable items

    • Earrings are intimate, hygiene-sensitive items.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been shipped, even if the package has not been opened.

  4. Damaged or wrong items

    • If you receive a seriously damaged item or a product that is clearly not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@studscoop.com with your order number and clear photos or videos.

    • We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution (such as a replacement or refund) when the problem is confirmed.
