📝 I forgot to leave my preferences. What can I do?

You can write your colour and style preferences in the order note on the checkout page.

If you’re not sure whether your note was saved, or you forgot to write it, please email us as soon as possible with your order number at contact@studscoop.com.

As long as your parcel hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your note.

Please understand that all scoops are still mainly random, so we can’t 100% guarantee every preference.

📧 I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

After a successful purchase, the system automatically sends an order confirmation email with your order and shipping details.

  1. Please first check your spam / junk / promotions folder.
  2. Make sure the email address you entered is correct.
  3. If any information (name, address, phone number) is wrong, please email us immediately at contact@studscoop.com.

Shipping problems caused by incorrect address or contact information will need to be covered by the buyer, so please check carefully.

If you still can’t find the email after checking everything, just contact us and we’ll help you look up your order.

💳 My payment didn’t go through. What can I do?

Sometimes payments fail because of browser or card issues. You can try:

  • Using the Chrome browser for a smoother checkout.
  • Trying another card, or paying directly with PayPal if possible.

If the problem continues, please contact your bank or reach out to us.

đźšš Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from Canada.

Processing time: your order will usually be packed and shipped within 3–7 days after payment.

Transit time: delivery normally takes about 7–15 days after dispatch. The exact time can be earlier or later depending on your location, customs, and the carrier’s workload.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
